We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

General Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase and typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Orders placed during holidays or long weekends may experience delays.
Delivery times vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
- Weather conditions
- Seasonal shipping volumes
To protect wine quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold.
Deliveries are made during regular business hours.
Someone of legal drinking age must be available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

British Columbia & Alberta: CA$25 per case.
All Other Canadian Provinces: CA$35 per case.
Additional shipping fees may apply for rural or remote areas.

Additional Notes

We currently do not ship to Nunavut and the Northwest Territories
International shipping is not available at this time

Delays caused by weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control
Additional shipping charges due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Re-routed shipments
- Returned or re-shipped packages
